It can be a substitute for General Grievous - Droid Armies Commander + 3 Commando Droid deck.
You win 1 die and usually Battle Droid sides can do pretty much noise.
Mulligan hard for Strength in Numbers round 1/2 and try to claim first.
I played it once (with a win vs. eAphra/Grievus/Sentinel) and saw that expensive supports can be replaced, but... who knows... It was a droid match-up, so Defoliator Tank was useless. Maybe add smt for control or resource management.
